HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Purchase the PICO G3 (price excluding €16 shipping): 

  • 479.88 € incl. VAT (with free programming)
  • 39.99 incl. VAT per month for 12 months (with one free program)

 

PICO G3 weekly rental :

  • 149.99 € incl. VAT (shipping and return included)

 

Purchase programming :

  • 49.99 for one week (Monday to Sunday).

 

In the case of rental or return, as the equipment offered is reconditioned to be sent back to new users, it is essential that it is returned in exactly the same condition as it was sent to you. We wish to guarantee our customers the use of clean, functional equipment. 

HYGIENE QUESTION?

Helmets are fully disinfected when reconditioned:

We use protective gloves, and clean helmets and controllers with disinfectant wipes to avoid any risk of contamination between users. Even the foam is washed! 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver throughout France via the Chronopost PRO pick-up and relay service. 

WHAT DO I GET?

If you rent or buy the PICO G3 you will receive :
  • the helmet
  • a joystick
  • a carrying case for the helmet
  • instructions for use
  • a pre-paid return label for returning the helmet (rental only)
 
The PICO G3 headsets we send you are already configured to use our services. To access your content, simply follow the guide provided. You can also discover the headset's many other features.

WHEN TO BOOK A PROGRAM?

We offer a minimum of one program per month. We are committed to updating our programs as soon as possible.

  • In the case of weekly helmet rentals, you have a deadline for making your reservation. This will be communicated to you on the site as soon as the schedule is updated. 
  • If you already own a headset, or if you purchase the PICO G3 headset, you can subscribe to a program at any time. Please note, however, that the price of the program is valid for the entire week on the dates indicated.  

 

Please note: the links provided to access the programming are referenced for each of our customers. Sharing this link may result in legal action and immediate and permanent removal from our platform.  

HOW LONG DOES THE RENTAL LAST?

  • You receive the headset for one week, no later than the day before the program. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy the programming you've decided to pay for.
  • To return the headset, you have up to 3 days from the end of programming. If we do not receive the headset within 4 days of programming, an additional charge of €84 (incl. VAT) per week will apply.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE HELMET?

  • You enter your address at checkout, and we select the nearest pick-up location. However, you can specify the name and address of your preferred pick-up location at the time of purchase.
  • You can track the progress of your parcel using the tracking number you receive by e-mail.
  • You will receive a confirmation to pick up your parcel at the pick-up point indicated in the e-mail.

HOW DOES THE HELMET WORK?

All you have to do is put the headset on your head and switch it on to plunge into the virtual world.

If you encounter a problem you can contact us by email or telephone from 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week.

HOW TO RETURN THE HELMET

In case of rental :

You have up to 3 days after the end of programming to return the helmet to us.

Return the helmet in its original box, properly closed, by sticking the return label provided in the parcel. Drop off your parcel at one of our Chronopost pick-up points.

You can track the progress of your return via the Chronopost website, retaining your tracking number. Don't forget to have your proof of delivery stamped! 

The helmet must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. 

If we do not receive the headphones within 4 days of programming, an additional charge of €84 (incl. VAT) per week will apply!

Please note that we recondition helmets on arrival. In the event of damaged or missing equipment, we reserve the right to deduct the deposit indicated in the GTC.   

If you purchase the helmet :

  • For payment by instalments: You have a 7-day trial period to try out a program. During this period, you can send us an e-mail at any time to cancel your commitment before it becomes active, and then return the headset to us 7 days after your cancellation request (at the customer's expense). In this case, a direct debit of €39.99/month will be set up at the end of the trial period. You also have a cooling-off period of 7 days from the end of your trial period. 
  • In the case of a one-off payment: you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

 

If we do not receive your return within the specified time, the direct debit will be set up.
